  • "How come my device doesn't produce any vapor?"

    Dry herb vaping is a little different than vaping other materials as it requires the material to be properly humidified to see a lot of actual water vapor! You can re- humidify your material by placing material in an airtight container with something that has a lot of cellulose and moisture (e.g. orange peel, celery rib, even a wet paper towel) for 1-2 hours. From there, we recommend filling the chamber loosely with ground material and tamping it down until it is about 2/3rds full but densely packed. Then, using a toothpick, poke a hole down through the center of the material and you are good to go!

    "Why did my mouthpiece come apart?"

    This can be caused by a number of things: primarily if the chamber is overfilled, it will press upwards on the mouthpiece and cause it to bow outwards. We recommend filling your chamber about 2/3rds full of loosely ground material, but densely packed down. Also, avoid hard physical application of the mouthpiece to the top of the device, it is designed to rest on the top and will not firmly "snap" onto the device.

  • "Why am I getting poor vapor with concentrates?"

    The Miva-2 does not have a coil system like traditional concentrate vaporizers, and primarily uses convection to produce vapor. While the Miva-2 is capable of vaporizing concentrate material, it will not do so as effectively as a device designed to be used specifically and only with concentrates.
